We offer multilayer rigid films, mono-material rigid films and special rigid films, easy to use on forming, filling and sealing lines and developed to provide ready-to-use packaging that is durable, safe and, at the same time, sustainable.
Our range of bottom films for trays is divided into three main categories.
Multilayer rigid film.
Made from a blend of polymers such as APET-PE/EVOH/PE, APET-PP/EVOH/PP, APET-PP and APET-PE, this film ensures excellent sealability and is perfect for those who need high-barrier protection, ideal for keeping fresh products longer.
Single-material film.
Available in APET without barrier or high-barrier APET without EVOH, the mono-material is easy to recycle and simplifies production processes without compromising functionality.
Available in polypropylene (PP) without barrier or with EVOH barrier, it is ideal for various applications such as packaging ready meals, snacks, fresh pasta, pet food, etc. Thanks to its high heat resistance, this material is suitable for pasteurization, sterilization and microwave cooking.
Thermoformable paper film.
It is a paper-recyclable food packaging solution, specifically designed for the fresh produce sector. Thanks to the lamination of paper and barrier plastic film, it ensures protection and sustainability. This innovative packaging reduces plastic use by over 85% compared to traditional trays, offering an eco-friendly alternative without compromising functionality.
Its high versatility allows processing on all thermoforming machines, adapting to different packaging requirements for fresh products.
